Our Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene course aims to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food. It outlines the legal responsibilities associated with food handling and offers an insight into what constitutes best practice when controlling food safety hazards, controlling temperatures, food storage, food preparation, personal hygiene and premises cleaning.
The training modules included in this course cover the key syllabus for a Level 2 Food Safety qualification. The course will typically take 4 to 6 hours to complete however as this food safety training is online, learners can complete each module at a time and pace to suit them.
